Because Enki will handle welfare, health and housing information (special category data under UK GDPR once the full product is live), please have a solicitor or your data protection adviser review and formally approve this text — and expand it — before relying on it for anything beyond the early-access sign-up form.
These are the terms for using the enkilife.co.uk website while Enki is in a closed early-access pilot. Separate terms will apply once you're using the Enki product itself, and you'll be asked to agree to those separately.
What Enki is — and isn't
Enki Life is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or representation. It's designed to help you understand institutional letters, organise your evidence and prepare a response — the decisions, and anything you send, stay yours. Nothing on this website, and nothing Enki produces, should be treated as legal advice.
Using this website
You're welcome to browse this site and submit the early-access form for its intended purpose. Please don't attempt to disrupt the site, submit false information, or use it in any way that could harm Enki or other visitors.
No warranty, pilot status
This website and the Enki service it describes are under active development. Features, wording and availability may change, and we make no guarantee that early access will be offered to every applicant or on any particular timeline.
Intellectual property
The Enki name, logo and the content of this site belong to Enki Life unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or reuse it commercially without our permission.
Liability
We aren't liable for losses arising from your use of this website, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits any right you have as a consumer that can't legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
