Privacy notice

Draft notice — not yet legally reviewed. This page is a good-faith starting point covering the pilot website only. Because Enki will handle welfare, health and housing information (special category data under UK GDPR once the full product is live), please have a solicitor or your data protection adviser review and formally approve this text — and expand it — before relying on it for anything beyond the early-access sign-up form.
This notice explains what happens to your personal data when you visit enkilife.co.uk or use the "Request early access" form, while Enki is in a closed pilot. It will be replaced with a fuller notice covering the Enki product itself before that product handles anyone's case data.

Enki Life ("Enki", "we", "us") is the data controller for this website. You can contact us at [email protected].
What we collect
At this stage, the only personal data we collect through this site is what you choose to submit through the "Request early access" form:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Whether you're an individual or an organisation
- Any optional message you add
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and does not profile visitors.
Please don't include sensitive details
The early-access form is only for us to arrange to contact you about the pilot. Please don't include health information, benefit details, or anything about your specific case in that form — there's nowhere for it to go yet, and we can't act on it. Once you're invited into the pilot, case information is handled inside the product itself, under separate, stronger safeguards that we'll explain at that point.
Why we process it, and our legal basis
We use your details to reply to your early-access request and, if relevant, to invite you into the pilot. Our legal basis is legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you've initiated, or consent where you've indicated you'd like us to contact you about the pilot. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
Who sees it
Form submissions are processed by Formspree, our form-handling provider, acting as our data processor. We don't sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep early-access enquiries for as long as the pilot programme is running, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever is sooner.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to our processing, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
