Accessibility statement
Last updated: 28 August 2026
We want enkilife.co.uk to be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, or browser zoom and magnification.
Our aim
We're aiming for this site to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. It hasn't yet had a formal, independent accessibility audit — this statement describes what we've built in, and is honest about what's still to verify.
What we've done so far
- Semantic HTML structure with a single, clear page heading and a logical heading order
- A "skip to content" link for keyboard users
- Visible focus states on links, buttons and form fields
- Decorative icons and illustrations hidden from screen readers, so they don't add noise
- A layout that reflows for small screens and remains usable at up to 400% browser zoom
- Form fields with associated labels and helper text
- Colours chosen with contrast in mind against the site's cream background
Known limitations
We haven't yet run this site through a full assistive-technology test pass (screen reader walkthroughs across browsers, automated + manual audits). If you hit a barrier, we want to know — see below.
Reporting a problem
If any part of this site is difficult to use with the technology you rely on, or you need information here in a different format, please email [email protected] and we'll do our best to help and to fix it.
